5 minutes to Toned Arms

I’ve always been self-conscious about my arms, that little flab that people lable “bingo arms”, the fact that I might look wider when my arms are down cause once they flaten they show all my insecurities. Since doing this quick workout which I am able to squeeze in anytime of the day, I’m proud to say I’ve seen a major difference and have grown to love my toning arms.

  • 25 Tight Armed Circles (forward)
  • 25 Tight Armed Circles (backwards)
  • 30 Bicep Curls (10 full curls, 10 half curls, 10 full curls)
  • 15 Tricep Dips (use a chair for best position)
  • 15 Pushups
  • 25 Big Arm Circles (forward)
  • 25 Big Arm Circles (backwards)
  • 15 Tricep Dips (use a chair for best position)
